I spoke on the tragic death of Jake Brennan, a young boy who had his entire life ahead of him. I admire the position and campaign of his family advocating a 20 kph speed limit in residential areas where children are at play; they are showing courage in their campaign to ensure other families are not subject to the same sorrow and despair that they suffered as a consequence of current road laws and lack of speed and traffic controls.
